Payment- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellation Policy- To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability- While we take utmost care in cleaning your premises, we are not liable for damage to items not properly secured or notified to our team.
Satisfaction Guarantee- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the specific areas free of charge.
